BBQ Steak Burger
6 oz grilled Hereford Irish bbq steak burger with baby gem lettuce,
beef tomatoes, mature cheddar cheese served on a brioche bun
Garden Chicken Burger
House rubbed & marinated chicken with tarragon aioli and chef’s
homemade BBQ sauce and served on a brioche bun.
Grilled Hake Fillet
Toasted lemon and garlic crumbs, watercress pesto and
grilled lemon wedge.
Jane Russell Pork Sausage
Freshly ground prime cut pork shoulder, roasted garlic and red wine with
caramelized onions served on a Bretzel stone baked roll.
Crispy Sweet Potato
Mashed chick peas, wilted baby spinach, toasted pine
nuts, pomegranate seeds and a tahini yogurt
Platinum BBQ Menu
Blackened skewer of tiger prawns basted with a
BBQ chilli garlic butter.
House Smoked BBQ Pork Ribs
24 hour brined chef’s homemade hot smoked boneless
pork ribs with chef’s BBQ sauce.
BBQ Beef Brisket
Slow cooked dry rubbed BBQ brisket of beef finished and
charred on our flat top and sliced to order.
BBQ Lamb Burger
6 oz grilled BBQ Lamb Burger with baby gem lettuce, beef tomatoes,
mature cheddar cheese served on a brioche bun.
